Usha Sirimalle started dancing at the age of three in her home town in India and has loved every minute of her constantly evolving dance career.  She continued her dance training in various styles of Indian dancing and choreographing when she was in India. She moved to Wichita, Kansas to pursue her Master’s Degree. While she was in the university she was part of the International Cultural Society choreographing and performing for the University Events. In 2004 she moved to Lafayette, Indiana and began teaching.  After few years she and her husband moved to Indianapolis since then she has been teaching, choreographing and performing. She has been teaching at various dance studios, schools in and around Indianapolis. Her students vary anywhere from 3 years to 70 years. She has an excellent experience/technique to teach different age groups. She choreographs and creates dance formats for all her classes. Her desire to share her enthusiasm in dance with others came naturally.  After teaching for over a decade, Usha developed a unique way of reaching out to students. She feels deeply about sharing her years of knowledge and experience with her students.  Admittedly, Usha’s proudest accomplishment is being able to see her students take pride in their achievements as they grow as individuals and enjoy her classes. Her goal is to make a positive impact in the lives of others daily, while simultaneously improving the strength of her character and commitment to the community. Her belief is that everyone should personally experience the art of dance.
